Prospect Place is the eighth episode of Season 3 of Ghost Adventures. This mansion, owned by a wealthy abolitionist, was once a stop on the underground railroad. A gateway to freedom for hundreds of slaves, it was also the last stop for many who arrived in terrible physical condition and died there.

- Moving Object/Physical Contact: While using the dowsing wires, Zak feels the left wire that he held, shake. Moments later, both wires started to move left and right meaning a spirit's voice.
- Disembodied Speaking: Young girl's voice, Laughter, Hissing
- EVPs: "come here, some more", "get out"
- Apparition: At the same time a little girl's voice is captured, a light anomaly moves toward the doorway, away from Zak. It looks as though the ball of light moves at a height of a child.
- Apparition: An energy orb shoots out of the back of Nick's neck.
- Apparition: Another orb shoots back into Nick's neck.
- Physical Contact/Temperature Fluctuation: The cross on wall starts to become very cold. Zak and Nick believe that a portal is opening to the other world.
- Apparition/Physical Contact: A pulsating ball of light moves toward a Nick from the ceiling, and disappears into his right hand. At the same time, Nick claims that he feels drained with energy, as if a dark energy is surrounding him.
- Physical Contact: As soon as Zak enters the barn, he starts to get an uneasy feeling.
- Residual Noises: Loud banging, Thrown object, Footsteps
- Physical Contact: Zak feels a rock hit his foot, after he hears something being thrown.
- Moving Object/Apparition/Residual Noises: At the same time footsteps are captured, the infrared light on the X camera in the barn starts to move, as if it moves from vibrations in that area. To add on to the moving light, a ball of light moves from the right corner of the camera and disappears in mid air.
